Terms and Conditions for Workshops Conducted by Don't Look-Up Academy

Welcome to Don't Look-Up Academy. By enrolling in any of our workshops, courses, seminars, or training programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Don't Look-Up Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before 48 Hours

• Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or training session.
• Eligible refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
• A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

• No cancellations will be accepted if the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or training session.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this period.

No Rescheduling

• Once registered, rescheduling to another workshop date, batch, or session is not permitted unless explicitly approved by Don't Look-Up Academy.

Non-Attendance

• Failure to attend a workshop, course, or training session does not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

3. Course and Workshop Content

• All workshop materials, presentations, videos, documents, recordings, and educational content are the intellectual property of Don't Look-Up Academy.
• Participants may not record, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or share any content without prior written permission from Don't Look-Up Academy.
• Content is provided solely for personal learning and educational purposes.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and stable internet connection required for online sessions.
• Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during all workshops and learning activities.
• Don't Look-Up Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Don't Look-Up Academy is not responsible for technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, software malfunctions, platform outages, or hardware failures that may affect participation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in our workshops or courses.
• Participants use any external resources, tools, or links shared during training at their own discretion and risk.

6. Workshop or Course Changes

• Don't Look-Up Academy reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, instructors, content, or delivery methods when necessary.
• Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants in advance whenever possible.

7. Workshop Cancellation by Don't Look-Up Academy

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or situations beyond our control, Don't Look-Up Academy may postpone or cancel a workshop.
• Participants will be notified promptly of any such changes.
• Registration will be transferred to the rescheduled session, or alternative arrangements will be provided at the discretion of Don't Look-Up Academy.

8. Certification

• Certificates of completion, where applicable, will only be issued to participants who meet the attendance and completion requirements specified for the program.
• Don't Look-Up Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if program requirements are not met.

9. Privacy

• Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for educational, administrative, and communication purposes.
• Don't Look-Up Academy will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Don't Look-Up Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in our workshops and programs constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By registering for any workshop, course, or training program offered by Don't Look-Up Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
